Terms & Conditions for gmazone

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the gmazone website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services accessible at gmazone.net.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a gmazone account and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player profile created upon successful completion of the gmazone registration process.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a Player's gmazone account, representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a gmazone promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by gmazone before processing withdrawals and for ongoing account compliance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body overseeing gaming regulation in the Philippines.

By accessing the gmazone Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these terms. gmazone does not permit the use of the Platform by or on behalf of corporate entities for wagering purposes — all accounts must represent individual natural persons.

gmazone reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the gmazone Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of closure due to suspected illegal activity, balances may be held pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All deposits on gmazone are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash — deposits reflect in your gmazone wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions
• PayMaya — same-session deposit processing
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the deposit page within your gmazone account and may vary by payment method. gmazone does not impose foreign exchange conversion fees — all transactions are conducted in PHP at face value.

gmazone reserves the right to refuse, hold, or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. Transaction processing delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network issues are outside gmazone's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by gmazone.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to the Player's verified payment method.

Sportsbook Betting

Technical Errors

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gmazone Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC
• Creating or operating more than one registered gmazone account
• Using someone else's identity, payment credentials, or account
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits, or any other technical or non-technical means
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such means are void
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play
• Engaging in coordinated betting patterns with other players to arbitrage promotions or guarantee outcomes
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gmazone staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the Platform's software, game code, or proprietary data

gmazone is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and gmazone acknowledges that for some individuals it can become a problem that affects personal, financial, and family well-being.

Tools Available to All Players

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time-in-session notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from gmazone
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use gmazone's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorized by gmazone
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorized use of gmazone's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gmazone's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gmazone expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from Platform use
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, Force Majeure events, or third-party outages
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• The conduct, accuracy, or reliability of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed providers integrated into the Platform
• Decisions made by Players based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if gmazone has been advised of the possibility of such damages

Nothing in these Terms limits gmazone's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gmazone's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

gmazone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gmazone will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed upon login to the gmazone Platform
• An email sent to the address registered on your gmazone account
• A notice posted on the Terms & Conditions page of the gmazone website

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details — may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gmazone Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your gmazone account or the Platform's services, you should first contact gmazone's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team.

Formal Dispute Resolution

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit irrevocably to that jurisdiction for the purposes of any such proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, severed from these Terms — and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
